Museum COVID-19 Planning

  1. Form a COVID-19 task force and command room
  2. Monitor updates from CDC, WHO and the AAM
  3. Communicate with visitors, vendors, volunteers, and Board Members of closures
  4. Create a communications plan
  5. Put into action emergency collection plan (see documents below)
  6. Develop contingency plans for visitors and museum functions (online events ? new videos YouTube ? Online activities ?)
  7. Develop HR action plan
  8. Develop plan for essential staff to be on site
  9. Ongoing communication with your employees

  12. Cooperation with area non-profits
