Museum 360
The Museum Visitor Experience book methodology is called; Museum 360 a way to create visitor-centered and community-centered museums.
The advantage of the Museum 360 approach outlined in the book is two-fold. First, the process creates a diverse, equitable, and inclusive visitor experience for all community members. Secondly, the Museum 360 process creates sustainable institutions that can minimize the effects of market disruptions.

Museums Post COVID-19
I think we all have a sense of equity, if something bad is happening something good should result. COVID-19 has forever changed museums; the American Alliance of Museums is predicting that between 20% and 40% of museums will permanently close due to Coronavirus[i]. That is “bad”, a “good” needs to come from this seismic shift to museums.
