MONTHLY MUSEUM POLL (DECEMBER 2011): What legal issues does your museum have questions about?

At the 2012 CAM Conference in Berkeley, the session Law and Order: Berkeley will provide an overview of important policy and other thorny issues confronting California museums. This 75-minute panel discussion, while sophisticated in its approach, targets professionals in large and small museum without general counsel resources. Experts will discuss key issues facing museums every day and practical ways to avoid or resolve legal and governance problems.

A full third of the session will be open for questions and answers. So, CAM wants to know, what legal questions do you have?
If you had 15 minutes with an attorney, what museum-related questions would you want to ask?
If you provided a comment above, may we quote you in a future edition of CAM e-News?
